shall be required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and other
locations where vision is obstructed.
9. Headlights
shall be used in obstructed or dark areas.
10. Horn and
reverse alarm shall be available when operating near pedestrians. Spotter shall
be available when maneuvering in narrow aisles and potential damage to property
