Today i am writing about Precast concrete slab Reinforcement cement concrete and T-iron Roofs. As you know that last time i published a post about the Special Concrete some of my website viewers comment about to make a guide about Precast concrete slab Reinforcement cement concrete and T-iron Roofs . So i make a simple and easy post about in which i explain you all about Percentage of Steel in Reinforced Cement Concrete (R.C.C) Works.
Precast concrete slab Reinforcement cement concrete and T-iron Roofs
A Roof of a building envelope both the covering on the upper most part of a building or shelter which provides protection fro ;animals and weather notably rain but also heat and wind also sunlight and the farming or structure which supports the covering

Precast concrete slab
These roofs are made of concrete. Different parts of this type of roof are made prior such as beam and slabs. Subsequently its parts are joined together to form the roof. Their parts are generally made in factories. These parts are of two types as per design and aspect of building as follow- Simple precast
- Prestressed precast
Reinforcement cements concrete ( R.C.C) Roofs.
Reinforcement cement concrete R.C.C roofs are comprehended most successful roof other than all type R.C.C roofs are much better than reinforced roofs and bricks but its costs more than it. The type of roof is constructed in government buildings and other important building.Form work is made for building this type of roof. Beam is not required if rooms have size of 3 meter. For rooms bigger than meters, form work is provided for beams along with form work of roofing. Then steel bars are framed as per design for beams and roofs. Steel bars of size 13 mm are used for roofs while steel bars of size 25 mm are used for beams framing of steel bars is checked once completed. Then cement concrete (1:2:4) is prepared and put over frames of steel bars in order to fill them up with mortar. Mortar is pressed down firmly so that spaces are evicted. Curing is started after 24 hour of formation of beams and roofs. Curing most is done for at least 10 days. Then form-works are opened up and surface finishing is conducted as per requirement.
T-iron Roof
T-iron roof are used in intermediate type of buildings. T-iron roofs come with the extra benefits as compared to other types of roofs. They require less time for construction. They are easy to build. The big advantage is that T- IRON roofs can be removed in order to increase height of rooms =. Additionally material used in T-Iron roofs can be employed in other constructional sited after termination duration of building.Steel girder, T- Iron and tiles are used construction of this type of roofs. Steel girders are place at appropriate distance before construction of roof. 1.5 Or 2 meter of distance is kept between steel girders. The t-iron is place over these steel girders at appropriate distance e equal to size of tiles. T-iron is strengthened before employment. Tiles intended to be used have size of 5*15*30 cm. however nowadays tiles having size of 3*15*30 are so famous. T-iron is placed over appropriate spot and tiles masonry is conducted over it. After masonry of tiles cement mortar (1:4) with thickness of 2.5 centimeter is provided. After three days of all this completion sand with 10 cm thickness is laid over present layer. Slope is provided during lying of sand for eviction of rain water. Layer of tiles is fixed into cement mortar (1:3) over the layer of sand in order rain water could not be observed by the roof.
