So i make a simple and easy post about in which i explain you all about Demerit of Flat Roof .
Pitched roofs have following disadvantages
- Flat roofs are not suitable for big rooms without support of pillars and concrete beams.
- Pitched rooms are not suitable to be constructed in areas notably with heavy precipitation and snowing.
- It cost more over pitched roofs as compared to sloping roofs.
- Pitched roofs take more time in constructed.
- Float rooms or pitched roofs are very heavy and consumes construction materials abundantly
- Flat roofs should provide appropriate way out for rain water otherwise they will subject to deterioration.
