STORING OF STEEL BARS.
The steel bars should be stored in some safe place. This place should be dry and free from the danger of any theft. Different pile of different bars should be making. SO that proper bars can be taken from the proper placed when needed. It is better that if the compartment for storage of steel bars should be at some high place. Things like acid alkali and any oil should not be near the steel bars. The bars should not be twisted during their storage because in this way their strength decreases.CLEANING OF STEEL BARS
The steel bars should be properly cleaned before use. There should be no oily matter or bitumen on their surface. If such things are there on the surface then the bars should be cleaned with caustic soda. IF the bars have corrosion of them then these should be brushed with some steel sere brush. The steel bars become bent during transportation. SO these should be straightened before Use .For this purpose the steel bars are put on the working table and hammered slowly .In this way any corrosion on them also removes.
